The objectives of the Association are as stated as follows:

a.  To advance professional and intellectual heritage of the National Defence College.

b.  To encourage the development of friendly relationship and cooperation among all fellows based on mutual respect and understanding.

c.  To strengthen the bond between the NDC and Alumni Association.

d.  To reach out to similar professional Associations World Wide for the benefit of the AANDEC programmes.

e.  To organize from time to time, conferences, seminars and workshops and publish books, monographs, journals and newsletters.
